[Inside the tunnel, where it is dark, a light appears as Max had just lit a match and he and Roo continue on exploring. Tigger enters the control room]
Tigger/Tiger: Roo? Roo-boy? Yoo-hoo? Yoo-hoo-hoo? Maxie? [he looks around the control room] Maybe I can see 'em from there.
[As Tigger jumps up, we see Roo and Max still exploring. Rumbling sounds and rocks fall down close to them, and they yell in shock]
Roo/Fievel: Max, maybe we oughta go back.
Max/Tony: Yeah. I mean, Tigger's probably getting worried about us, huh?
Roo/Fievel: That too.
[In the control room, Tigger is on top of the controls]
Tigger/Tiger: [groaning] Oh! Whoa! [he pulls a switch, the huge fan starts to spin and blows away as the train car starts to move] Uh-oh.
[Roo perks up as he hears rumbling and clattering and it catches Max's attention]
Roo/Fievel: WHAT'S THAT?!
Max/Tony: TROUBLE!
[Train car moves faster, Roo and Max run until Roo's shirt gets caught on a nail, and Max screeches to a halt]
Max/Tony: Roo!
Roo/Fievel: Max, help! I'm stuck! [grunting]
[As soon as Max helps Roo break free, the train rumbles past them and the floor gives way, causing them to fall into a hole, while screaming as the screen fades to black, and a thud is heard as the screen fades back to Roo and Max, as they stop screaming.]
Max/Tony: We're dead. Right?
Roo/Fievel: Uh, I don't think so.
Max/Tony: Hey, my body's numb, and I'm staring into a tunnel of light. We are talking deceased here.
Roo/Fievel: Max, we fell into a hole underneath the tunnel. The floor just gave away.
Max/Tony: Oh, boy. Am I relieved.
Roo/Fievel: What kind of place is this?
Max/Tony: You got me. But from the smell. I'd say something crawled in here and... [bumps into a dog skeleton] DIED! [Max grabs the skeleton and throws it, and runs back to Roo as he screams, and the skeleton falls onto the ground. Max is seen holding on tight to Roo] What was that?
[Roo is able to release himself from Max's grip and walks over to the skeleton]
Roo/Fievel: I-It's--Ew! It's got something in it's paw. [Max grabs a piece of paper from the skeleton's paw] What's it say?
Max/Tony: It's too dark. I'll light the match.
[Max gives unknown paper to Roo, and he strikes a match; Roo and Max look around to find themselves in a room full of dog skeletons and skulls, and Roo and Max scream in terror, and immediately jump out of the hole and dash away]
Tigger/Tiger: [turns off the fan and runs out of the control room] Max! Roo! Where are you?! Ya-hoo!
[As soon as Tigger sees Roo and Max dashing out of the tunnel, he plays along and dashes with them]
