Plot:[]
The Rangers are spurred into action by a rash of bizarre attacks on seafood shipments and restaurants. After some research, they find that the attacks are being led by a fish by the name of Bluto, who has modified a sunken submarine so that it holds water, allowing Bluto and his crew to traverse on land.
