Abba-Dabba is a monkey from the fair. Was helping her owner, Quigley, to rob rich visitors of the shooting-range in a very crafty way. A potential "client" wins in the shooting-range, whereupon he gets a prize - a bear, inside of which Abba-Dabba was hidden, who robbed the home at night while everybody was sleeping.
