All Todays Toad V2

A possible restoration of a toad.

A Toad is an extinct amphibian related to today's frogs that lived on every continents except Antarctica during the Holocene. As their fossil remains showed, unlike modern frogs, toads likely walked on hind legs much like "Rabbits" and "Humans". Toads were once thought to walked and hopped like frogs or had all four legs underneath their bodies like mammals, but recently, paleontologists and scientists proved otherwise. They were solitary and were most likely carnivorous, so they probably fed mainly on insects, spiders, frogs, small reptiles, small birds, eggs, and small mammals.
