Carli Mosier (born February 28, 1978 in Houston, Texas) is an American voice actress and singer, who has worked for Funimation and Seraphim Digital/Sentai Filmworks. She has provided voices for a number of English-language versions Japanese anime series. She is also the singer for the 5th ending of One Piece.
