Plot/Summary:[]
In the special, Emmy visits Sibella at Ms. Grimwood's school to tell her funny, scary jokes. Classic Rosemary Hills flashbacks and songs are separated with new joke segments set in the castle's exterior, featuring every Rosemary Hills character, and interior, featuring Sibella, Emmy, and some combination of the school's inhabitants.
