Becky is a supporting character who appeared in the 13th episode of DiC's Care Bears TV series, "Mayor for a Day". When Professor Coldheart rigs a local children's contest to be mayor-for-a-day, she is one of the kids who are adversely affected by the mad doctor's reign of terror when her friend Sandra is encouraged to cheat at their game of tag.
