Phineas T. Ratchet is the central antagonist of Blue Sky’s second animated feature film Robots.
He is also the main protagonist of the 2005 film The Transformers Prime Movie. He is voiced by Greg Kinnear.
After Madame Gasket saved By Arcee and Cappy, Ratchet got saved by Cliffjumper.
