Chie Tozuka (戸塚 千絵 Totsuka Chie, born December 16, 1965 in Tokyo, Japan), better known by the stage name of Inuko Inuyama (犬山 イヌコ (formerly 犬山 犬子) Inuyama Inuko), is a Japanese voice actress who voices Meowth in the original Japanese anime version of Pokémon. She also voiced Manta Oyamada in Shaman King and Kurumizawa in Tokyo Godfathers.
