Jimmy is a boy who almost hits Millie Jacobs with his bike while performing a "no hands" stunt in front of some other kids. When she hastily dives out of the way, she trips on the groundskeeper's broom and sends it flying into one of the wheels, throwing the boy from the bike and wrecking it.
Later, after she obtains what she believes to be a good luck charm from Good Luck Bear from Care Bears, she gains the confidence to help him fix it by re-attaching the wheel, and makes a new friend in the process.
