He is a Scottish dancer/bagpipe player doll and has a sister named Lassie.
His song is Did You Ever See a Lassie?. He dances during the second half while his sister plays the bagpipes.
Laddie wears a tartan tam o'shanter (a Scottish hat primarily worn by male Scottish highland dancers), a white shirt, white Highland hose, black shoes with gold shoe buckles, a green vest and a red tartan kilt.
He is played by David Lovelin.
