He's the mixture of Linnux and Lord Drakkon and the Main Antagonist of the crossover fighting videogame called Rock Dog vs. Power Rangers.

When Bodi, Khampa and the Power Rangers accidently fused Lord Drakkon and Linnux up into Lin Drakkon they mind-controlled the heroes of the light but Rock Dog Heroes and The Power Rangers where about to separate them to unfused them up.
