- Myra Myotis has been inspired by Lois Lane from Superman, Susan MacNamara from the 1950’s TV show, Private Secretary, and Blondie from the comic-strip series, Blondie.
- She is based on Blondie, because both are portrayed by the same actress.
- Myra Myotis is voiced by Penny Singleton who provides the voice of Jane Jetson from the 1960’s Hanna-Barbera show The Jetsons.
