Nurse Margaret is the school nurse at Pearl Bailey High School.
In "Kloger", Steve tries to get out of a fitness test but she refuses to excuse him under orders from General Robert James. As he leaves, he finds Hayley trying to pose as a student so Nurse Margaret can attend to her pink eye. She gives her eye drops, but complains that they don't help.
Nurse Margaret is voiced by Laraine Newman.
