One (or in number name form "1") is a character in Number Lore by Mike Salcedo. He first appeared in the episode of the same name, which he possibly captured X as his enemy, however, he appears to be the possible antagonist in the series.

- He is the third Alphabet Lore adjacent character to have 1 eye, with the others being O and R.
- It is likely that he is finding X due to "x" in algebra problems, due to "x" usually being the missing value in equations (ex. 1 + 7 = x) and usually in the instructions of the problem it says "Find x". He is trying to find X also possibly to use him as a multiplication symbol (it is like 1 x (number) as an example).
- In GloriosaDaisy2016's spoofs, he was used to be Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle/Sci-Twi's son.
- He is best friends with Two is because in the series, One cloned himself and add him and his clone to equalize him.
