Penelope the Yellow-Footed Tortoise is a guest who hails from the mainlands of South America, and appears in the nineteenth season 3 episode of The Animal Show. She speaks in an old lady's voice. Despite being a tortoise, she tells Stinky and Jake about fresh-water terrapins and how they're part of the food chain by showing footage of fresh-water terrapins instead of tortoises. After the interview, she sings "I Love Where I Am in the Food Chain."
Before the interview, she is interviewed by Rhonda Rat in which she is asked which animal is a jaguar. Considering that she's a tortoise and is lower on the food chain, her only answer has to be "RUN!" So she runs away as fast as she can.
