Pippi Biyomon, known in Japanese as The Adventures of Pippi Piyomon (ピッピ・ピヨモンの冒険, Pippi Piyomon no Bōken) is a action-adventure-musical anime film produced by Toei Animation and co-produced by Saban Entertainment and Funimation Productions. It is the spoof-adaption of Nelvana's 1997 animated film, Pippi Longstocking, which is itself based on the book of the same name written by Swedish author Astrid Lindgren. The film is distributed by Toei Company in Japan, and by 20th Century Fox in English-speaking countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
