RC is Andy Davis's remote control toy car that appears in Toy Story and Toy Story 2. He can move on his own, but loses control once someone takes a hold of his remote. He can also communicate only through a series of beeps and whirs, though the toys (specifically Mr. Potato Head can understand him perfectly.
