Sandra is a supporting character who appeared in the 13th episode of DiC's Care Bears TV series, "Mayor for a Day". When Professor Coldheart rigs a local children's contest to be mayor-for-a-day, she is one of kids encouraged by the mad doctor to behave badly, including cheating at a game of tag with her friend Becky.
