Seaman is mutated human by experiment in Return of Outback. He is a major antagonist with Kang's side and try to Reonardo, Brown, and his group Pretty Boy, Zoe, Nigel, Frank, Ardako, Chaz, Chazzie and other animals, people and mutants, But later he turned protagonist to betray Kang's henchman.

Seaman also Real Name is Tom Hunt, was a human who mutated by experiment into fish-like monster with aqautic skin. When Tom Hunt is atually his brother Chaz Hunt in a zoo. When Chaz saw He was turned or mutated into a Sea creature when he was scared. He chase Chaz in a zoo, And Chaz shot Seaman with a tranquilzer dart to make him sleep. But Chaz worried he was a sea monster but he calls the police to put him back in the ocean where no one seen him again.
But Many Days Later, Seaman was rise in the ocean and land on the beach, where by humans called him a sea monster and everyone ran away. But Seaman found in the cave but no one will see him. But Reonardo, Brown and his group check in the cave where but Seaman saw Reonardo, Brown and his group will check in there. But Seaman attack Reonardo, Brown and his friends. But Reonardo fights him with a sword. But he realize that creature is Chaz's brother. But Reonardo, Brown ran away from Seaman. Seaman was alone and found by Kang and his servant Riker so he can with the aliens to destory the earth. When Seaman, Kang and his aliens were attack city where humans live. But animals and mutants where to protect humans when Seaman destroy the city. When Chaz call him to say stop, when Chaz says to him that he was brother so that Seaman couldnt help it. Reonardo tell him that he was brother that he was apologize to shoot with tranquilzer dart. But Kang says to him that don't listen to others. But Seaman never join of Kang and his aliens.
But Seaman attack Kang with car. When Kang to attack him. But Seaman and his others, Reonardo, Brown, Pretty Boy, Zoe, Nigel, Frank, Ardako to with his powers to blast Kang and his aliens into Outer Space that he will never return again. When Seaman was able to go back to the ocean. But Chaz says to him that he was our friend. So Reonardo, Brown and his friends good bye to Seaman and go back to the ocean.

When he was a friend in a zoo with Chaz's brother but he was mutated by experiments into a aqautic humanoid creature and he chase Chaz. When Chaz shot him with a tranquilzer dart and call the police and put him in the ocean and never come back. But many days later, Seaman comes up in the ocean land on the beach and saw humans were doing on a beach and ran away. Seaman found in a cave he was used to but he was ganna get animals and kill humans for his lunch. But he deal with Kang and his aliens to destroy the world. But Reonardo call him to stop destroy the world and Chaz saw that he was back. But Seaman never with Kang's group but he joined on a good side with animals and mutants.
