(Meanwhile, Widow Tweed is putting the children to bed. Jenny, who is in a canopy bed with four pillows, blue pillowcases, light blue bedsheets, and a sky-blue quilt, looks worried.)
- Jenny/Wendy: But, grandma, I dont want to grow up.
- Widow Tweed /Mary: Now, dear, (giving her a kiss on the forehead and tucking her in) don't worry about it anymore tonight.
- Lewis/John: (in a single bed with a single pillow, two white bedsheets, a white pillowcase, and a blue quilt) He called Spyro the Dragon absolute poppycock.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: I'm sure he didn't mean it, Lewis. (removing the glasses from his head) Grandpa was just upset.
- Tuck/Michael: (also in a single bed with a single pillow, but with two red, a burnt-orange pillowcase, a brown quilt, and a teddy bear) Poor Rita and Runt! (sniffles as a little tear runs down his cheek) Out there all alone.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: No more tears, Tuck. (takes out a pink handkerchief from her dress pocket, wipes his eyes and nose, and tucks him and the teddy bear in) It's a warm night. They'll be all right.
(Tuck smiled, hugging his teddy bear. But then he found something shiny in his small right hand.)
- Tuck/Michael: Grandma?
- Widow Tweed/Mary: What is it, dear?
- Tuck/Michael: Buried treasure. (handing Geppetto's golden cuff links)
- Widow Tweed/Mary: Now, children. Don't judge your grandfather too harshly. After all, he realy loves you very much.
- Jenny/Wendy: Oh, don't lock it, grandma. He might come back.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: He?
- Jenny/Wendy: Yes, Spyro the Dragon. You see, I found something that belonged to him.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: Oh? And what's that?
- Jenny/Wendy: (yawning) His shadow.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: Shadow?
- Jenny/Wendy: Mm-hm. Rita and Runt had it, but I--(falls asleep) I took it away.
- Widow Tweed/Mary: (turning out the light) Yes, of course. Good night, dear.
(And she closes the door behind her.)
