- Frozen 2 is scheduled to be released on November 22, 2019 by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures It was previously set for November 27, 2019.
- On April 11, 2019, it was announced that a companion docuseries will be launched on the Disney+ streaming service within its first year entitled Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2

- Frozen II will be released by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment on Digital HD on February 11, 2020, followed by an Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD release on February 25.
