The Rite Of Spring is a 2022 American ballet film and it was orchestral concert work by the Russian composer Igor Stravinsky.
OVERVIEW
The film tells the story about Tom Cat, who is working together with Sarada Uchiha, and desperate to bring peace between Truth and Ideals. Separated by Naruto Uzumaki's prejudice against the banished Truth clan and a vindictive plot planned by Ommadon, Tom Cat and Sarada Uchiha struggle to unite their estranged clans and be together.
PLOT
ADORATION OF THE EARTH
The story begins with two sisters in a traditional Chinese bath, where they both speak of immortality. It then shows outer space at the start of the bassoon solo that it goes back in time, back to the fantastic, to 4.5 billion years ago. We see the Milky Way Galaxy coming out of the darkness. Comets, the sun, and shooting stars whiz by. We come down to a planet which is Earth being born and pass by the Earth's moon down to the surface.
However, in the 21st-century, a small wooden cottage known as Peaceful Woodland Cottage, five members of a clan: Tom Cat, Jerry Mouse, Scooby-Doo, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck -- await the return of Stonekeeper, who used to vacation at the cottage with Tsunade, but he has not come by in many years. Then one day in July, upon seeing that the cottage is about to be sold, the five decide to venture out and find Stonekeeper themselves.
Along their journey, they meet Mumble and Soren, who joined the five and set off to find Canada. Later, Ommadon is tracking them down as the mysterious woman plays pranks on him.
The seven stop for lunch and continue. After this, they seen a sign. Mumble decided to take the left, but Tom insists to take the right. Ommadon went the wrong way which leads him to the tar pit. Ommadon's dragon, Bryagh, saves him and helps him to escape. Later, the company reached the tunnel where they met Thomas, who delighted to take them to Canada.
Suddenly, Ommadon ambushes and chases them. During the chase, Percy, Thomas' best friend, carries the same team, Sarada Uchiha, Chocho Akimichi, Dawn, May, San, Betty Rubble and Judy Jetson. The two introduced each other, instead of hating each other, they choose to be friends.
Both Tom and Sarada and their friends head up the hills into the mountainside, delighting in the beautiful streams and the sight of the ancient ruins of the temple high up in the mountain. Then, there was trouble. As Soren takes a drink though, a noise catches their attention and a spiral of water bursts out of the lake.
Ripples start to emerge from another part of time and space, which causes a spatial distortion to open near the gang. Although Daffy is able to hold on to his friends, Soren and Jerry are swept away and although Soren is able to stop the two from being immediately sucked in, it appears all is lost for the two. Suddenly a girl named Blanca arrives and calls Reshiram, the Pokémon that rules over truth, to come and help. Reshiram saves Soren and Jerry from being sucked into the distortion, and after returning them to their friends and then uses Fusion Flare to close it up. Everyone is amazed to see the Legendary Reshiram hovering above them, and even more so that Blanca was able to summon and communicate with it.
Suddenly, However, another portal appears and Kyurem emerges from it. Still enraged over the damage done to his world, Kyurem immediately attacks Reshiram. Reshiram flees, chased by Kyurem which smashes him into the water. Everyone can't believe that Kyruem is still after Reshiram and plead with him to stop.
Blanca attempts to use her special ability to touch a Pokémon's heart to reach and calm Kyurem. However, Kyurem is so full of rage that her attempts fail and she is caught by her partner Xu Xuan (Sean). Running stupidly into the shallows of the water, Tom and Sarada races towards where Kyurem is battling Reshiram in the river and pleads with it to stop. Kyurem stares at Tom for a few seconds and remembers that he was the one that saved his life before.
With Kyurem was calmed, this allows Reshiram to flee. Kyurem's anger dissipates, and Blanca takes the chance to reach Kyurem using her powers and convinces him that Reshiram has been misunderstood and shouldn't be battled. Kyurem understands and immediately returns to his Ice World.
Xuan and Blanca introduce themselves to everyone, and Blanca explains that she can connect with a Pokémon's heart and communicate with them. Blanca is especially curious about Tom and Sarada, as she recalls a legend that a Hero of Truth and Heroine of Ideals once changed the course of Canada's history and asks the gang to accompany her.
Suddenly, another distortion appears and Reshiram is caught in the resulting water spout traps Reshiram and the distortion starts to drag him away. Suddenly, another portal appears, and from it emerges Zekrom, the Pokémon that rules over Ideals. Zekrom uses Dragon Breath to free Reshiram and close the distortion, and Blanca communicates with them both and uses her amazing powers to end the conflict between them for good. Both Pokémon, having settled their differences, return to their dimensions.
Inside, Xuan relays the legend of the tribe now known as the People of the Vale: one thousand years ago, they were prosperous people who lived in a place called the Kingdom of the Vale, in a valley where the Sword of the Vale originally resided. They used a power in the earth called the Dragon Force to enrich their land, and all was well. However, one day, the twin sons of the king—the Hero of Truth, who controlled Reshiram, and the Hero of Ideals, who controlled Zekrom—began a war over their beliefs. Reshiram and Zekrom battled and drained each other's strength, and then turned into orbs called Dragon Stones.
The kingdom was devastated, and the Dragon Force corrupted and chaotic, ravaging the earth instead of healing it. Desperate, the king asked Victini to lend him its power, and he created the Pillars of Protection and their barrier to control the flow of that power. Using this system, the king flew the Sword of the Vale, with all of the townspeople inside, out of the Kingdom of the Vale to a nearby mountaintop. There, the castle calmed the flow of the Dragon Force. However, soon after the castle landed, the king died, while the Pillars of Protection remained. The two regretful princes hid the Dragon Stones deep within the caverns of the Sword of the Vale.
Tsunade and Stonekeeper arrived, revealing their motives to the gang. They both inform them about The Rite of Spring. Afterward, they decided to meet their people.
THE SACRIFICE
Both chiefs went separate ways with their own people, and tells them about their plan. But one is Naruto Uzumaki, who didn't like the idea. Everything was going so quiet for both people and animals. Everything is doing what they would do. At the center of Truth and Ideals, Arceus awakens and begins his journey to the real world, in order to stop Ommadon.
That night, Naruto has a nightmare about his father's death, only in the dream, Tarrlok morphs into Tom and throws the panicked and frightened Naruto off the cliff into the stampede.
The next day, Naruto walks outside the castle to water the plants where Tom is watching. However, Sarada interrupts and they go off together so Tom and Sarada to work together. During their teamwork, they run into Chocho and Jerry struggling with some birds, so the two best friends help them chase the birds off. Together, they have fun playing. From this point, Tom and Sarada grows closer. That night, Tom tells Sarada that some man and woman fall in love. Zekrom, who is pleased around his daughter, seeks guidance from the "Great Kings" and Reshiram gently advises him to give them some time, which Arceus appeared.
Later, Tom is psyched he is riding Reshiram among Canada's clouds. Suddenly, he encounters Sarada, who rides Zekrom. Then, Ommadon, riding Arceus. Arceus unleashes Judgment. He sends a sphere into the air, from which several energy beams emerge as Tom woken up with fright. His people is very pleased about his friendship with Sarada, getting to know her better, same as Sarada's. Ommadon arrives in Canada, plotting to get rid of Tom. Part of God's plan, the five were exposed to the public which angers Naruto, who took Boruto's headband.
Then, Reshiram's roar echoes around the city, he pulls up behind Tom, Jerry, Scooby-Doo, Bugs and Daffy with Zekrom close behind. Reshriam looks down and spies Naruto, who is now angry. Both Tom and Sarada evacuate everyone to the park as Ommadon arrives, conquering Canada. Still believing Tom is the friend of Sarada and siding with his people, the distrustful Naruto exiles him and strictly orders the children to be confined in castle and forbids them to leave unescorted. Heartbroken, Sarada's people were sent to their rooms, but Sarada escapes from the castle to find Tom, with Zekrom guide.
With the aid of Reshiram, Tom reunites with Sarada. Together, in their joy, they fly over the countryside with Reshiram and Zekrom on their backs. Upon watching Tom and Sarada's reflections complementing each other's, Arceus, wishing to help Tom and Sarada to return, decided to grant both of them the use of his Plates. First, he handed over the Plates that harnessed the power of Ground, Grass and Water then bound them together with the power of Electricity and then increased their powers with the force of the Dragon and formed the Jewel of Life.
Before they return, Arceus takes the two on a tour where they find an old battlefield. Arceus explains about peace between Truth and Ideals, making them realize Ommadon was the one who manipulating Naruto to get rid of Tom so that he can rule over Canada for himself. Xuan and Blanca arrive, informing them about the battle between their clans. Realizing what they must do, Tom and Sarada return to unite their clans by using gizzard-flying. But Xuan dismissed the idea about getting burned and comforts Blanca -- this leads to a moment of intimacy between them. They start kissing, she takes off her robe, and they fall to the floor kissing. Arceus was happy to see Xuan and Blanca sex, but explained that the Jewel of Life must be returned at the date of the next solar eclipse as its life was in danger while it was parted from any of its Life Plates.
Meanwhile, Tsunade leads her people to the battlefield for meeting with Stonekeeper's other people. An distrustful Naruto orders the people to kill those animals. However, Chocho and Jerry decided to work together to remove the collars what Ommadon created. At the same time, Tom and Sarada navigates their way through a forest fire by successfully gizzard-flying and manages leap between them. Stonekeeper was proud of Tom for his return and Tsunade did the same thing to Sarada. Both Tom and Sarada inform everyone about Arceus, The Jewel of Life, Xuan and Blanca's in love and The Rite of Spring causing Naruto to realize his bad effort in trying to understand Boruto, which he blamed himself for his actions and started to cry.
Ommadon appears, both clans confronted him and the battle ensues. Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyruem joined the battle. Tom and Sarada engage Ommadon in fury. With the help of Tom and Sarada, Arceus managed to wound Ommadon with Judgement. Using the Jewel of Life, the three worked together to undo the damage what Ommadon caused and Naruto had done, restoring Canada to normal. And Arceus brings Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem that everyone can see who they are: Tao Trio.
Now that the conflict between Truth and Ideals resolved, they can now come home until Ommadon survives. Blanca reveals her eyes to everyone, knowing she has eternal life. Blanca transformed herself into a dragon and blows a flame on Ommadon, killing him. She turned back into human herself. With Ommadon gone, Naruto apologizes to Tom for his mistake and allows him to return home where they celebrate their union. Arceus says his goodbyes to everyone, Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem begins to go with him.
In the present, 500 years later, Blanca and Verta, now remembering the story, decide to go out of their cave and search for Xuan's reincarnation so he and Blanca can be together again. The film ends where the eclipse was complete, it set over the world of sea and land.
