Thurgood Orenthal Stubbs is the main character/protagonist of the series. He be the official superintendent of the Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs Projects.
Personality[]
Thurgood is short-tempered, angry, pissed, impatient, retarded, not bright, and suffers from a lot of health issues. He wears a white short-sleeved shirt, blue overalls, and brown shoes. He also has salt and pepper hair worn in a tall style akin to Don King. Thurgood originally had a black afro, but an accident on his wedding day transformed and shitted his hairstyle to its current state. Thurgood is terrified of black rats as revealed in that episode "Fear of a Black Rat".
