As its common name suggests, the Tibetan fox (Vulpes ferrilata) is found on the remote upland plains of the Tibetan Plateau. Pikas are the main prey of the Tibetan fox. Male and female Tibetan foxes live in pairs and form lifelong bonds, hunting together and both providing care for their young.
