(Eden takes Melody and Christopher Robin to a tent. Nearby, one of Maleficent's birds (Gale) is watching them. Once Melody and Christopher Robin go into the tent, they are horrified to see that their animal friends have returned to their savage forms.)
Christopher Robin: Wha-What's happened to them Ms. Eden?
Eden: Maleficent gave them some stuff that set them off the deep end. That's why she tore up your contracts. That was the deal they made.
Melody: So they're this way cause of me?
Eden: I guess so. She's featuring them in the show tonight. All the usual weirdos'll show up I'm sure.
Melody: Eden, you-- you gotta get us in that show.
Eden: I can't do that!
Melody: Don't you see? They did this for us! This lady's crazy, Eden. She's never gonna laugh at your jokes! (Pulls her in by her skirt.)
Eden: Alright. I'll get you in. But not because what you said. But because of him. And you. When you laughed. Come on. I gotta get ready for the show.
(It's nighttime. Two muscular black-masked thugs are blowing on giant tuba-like horns.)
Thug 1: Showtime.
(Various people are heading into the tent to see the show. Nearby, Melody, Christopher Robin and Eden are dressed up like animal monsters scaring the audience. Melody dressed up as a evil kitten manages to scare a old woman so much that she runs into the tent screaming. Christopher Robin dressed as a tiger isn't very good at scaring them.)
Melody: Boo, ya bunch of dopes!
Christopher Robin: Um, boo?
Melody: Boo?! Is that the best you can do? They're easy enough to scare. (Scares another woman.)
Christopher Robin: But Melody, I don't wanna scare anybody.
Melody: Well, neither do I. But you wanna get busted?
Christopher Robin: All right, I'll try.
(A man comes up to him and Christopher Robin lets out a yell so loud that the man starts running back and forth into the tent.)
Christopher Robin: I don't understand these people.
(Eden, dressed up as a python comes up to them.)
Eden: Don't ya see? That's why they come. To get scared. It's simple as that. (A drumroll starts) Oh, the show's starting up. We better get to our places. We're in the opening bit.
Maleficent: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to most terrifying show on the planet Earth! Maleficent's Eccentric Circus!
