Milly and her friends first meets Ash and his friends:

- Milly, John, and Tevin: Huh?
- Serena: What are you doing here? This isn't your place!
- Milly: What are you talking about?
- Tevin: We're not trespassing.
- Ash Ketchum: Calm down, Serena. Perhaps I can reason. Sorry about Serena. She's not used to strangers much.
- Milly: Who are you?
- Ash Ketchum: I'm Ash-- Ash Ketchum. I'm from Pallet Town, training to become a Pokemon Master. And this is my buddy, Pikachu.
- Pikachu: Pika, Pikachu.
- Milly: My name is Milly. And these are my friends Tevin, and John.
- John: Hi.
- Tevin: How y'all doing?
- Serena: Sorry for my behavior. I'm Serena. This is my partner, Fennekin.
