Yen Sid is a sorcerer from Fantasia and its sequel Fantasia 2000. He is using magic on the skull making a bat and a butterfly. His name is "Disney" spelled backwards. He takes off his hat while Mickey Mouse takes it and puts it on and takes it off and hands it back to him.
