Zoélle Violet "Zoey" Howzer (voiced by Soleil Moon Frye) is a character from the Disney Channel's The Proud Family.
Appearance[]
Zoey is of Jewish descent and is one of the few white-passing people in the show's main cast. She is tall, skinny, and has red hair, braces, glasses, and freckles. She wears a light green blouse with a yellow-green skirt and matching shoes. Zoey's big glasses alternate between the colors gray and black.
Personality[]
Zoey has low self-esteem and always tries to show others that she isn't all nerd. She has a scratchy voice (in earlier episodes, her voice was more deep and melancholy). Zoey truly wants to dance mad well, but lacks confidence in her skills.
